It’s an opportunity to step back, gain clarity, and identify simple, realistic adjustments that can make a meaningful difference to how you feel day to day.

You’ll receive a one-off personalised consultation where we’ll chat through your current cooking and eating habits in a supportive, non-judgemental way. Before our 45-minute call, you’ll complete a short questionnaire and a 7-day food diary so I can review your intake and identify any key nutrient or food group gaps. During our session, we’ll discuss practical, realistic improvements tailored to you, and I’ll provide helpful handouts with recipes and ingredient ideas where needed to support you moving forward.
